We consult with your school or organisation to discuss your vision and needs, then workshop ideas. In some cases, student ideas and involvement may be part of this.
Design & Quote
We design an initial concept, review with you, and then supply a design with an itemised quote for the project.
Installation
The exciting part! We come and build the garden / outdoor classroom
We supply the project management from start to finish, ensure compliance with Australian Standards for safety, and have the necessary accreditations.
Design Themes
You might choose to develop an individual specialised design or go with a themed garden such as an edible garden, sensory garden, habitat & pollinator garden, bush tucker garden, colour garden, or waterwise garden. Many of these themed gardens already have curriculum notes and activities developed for them to help you get the most from the garden. The Victorian School Garden Program Resources page is an excellent place to start. Your focus could be more on a design for imaginative active play, formal outdoor classroom, calming spaces, and outdoor spaces to inspire activity.

Funding
Schools may choose to utilise their own funding sources or through a government or business grant. Funding is provided to schools in state budgets and is managed by the Victorian School Garden Program (VSGP).
